Brickmaster AI connections
Ask your AI app about your collection
Brickmaster exposes one standards-based, remote MCP server. Connect it to a compatible AI app, choose exactly which collections that app may read, and ask useful questions about your sets, minifigures, themes, and builds.
Brickmaster remote MCP server
https://api.brickmaster.app/mcpSetup starts in the AI app. You do not need a Brickmaster plugin or a marketplace or connector-directory listing. Brickmaster sign-in and an active Premium entitlement are required when the app calls a collection tool.
Choose your AI app
Choose the app you use for its setup instructions. Every guide connects to the same Brickmaster server and the same read-only tools.
Everyday AI apps
Claude
Add Brickmaster as a remote custom connector, then enable it in the conversations where you want collection context.
ChatGPT
Use ChatGPT's developer mode to create a private MCP app for Brickmaster, scan its read-only tools, and enable it in a chat.
Gemini Spark
Link Brickmaster as a custom Connected App in Gemini Spark, then use it from Gemini on web or mobile.
Developer agents
Codex
Add Brickmaster as a Streamable HTTP server in Codex, then authenticate once through its MCP server controls.
Claude Code
Register Brickmaster as a remote HTTP server from the Claude Code CLI, then start its browser OAuth flow.
Google Antigravity
Add Brickmaster as a remote MCP server in Antigravity 2.0, IDE, or CLI, then authenticate through its built-in public OAuth flow.
GitHub Copilot
Connect through Copilot CLI's direct remote-server flow, or add the same endpoint to VS Code for Copilot Chat.
Cursor
Configure Brickmaster as a remote Streamable HTTP MCP server in Cursor, then authenticate from its MCP tools panel.
Using another MCP app
An unlisted app can connect directly if it supports remote MCP over Streamable HTTP and follows the server's protected-resource and OAuth discovery metadata. It must support public dynamic client registration, authorization-code grants with refresh tokens, and PKCE S256 without requiring a client secret. Its OAuth return address must use HTTPS or localhost. Add the Brickmaster server URL above; the app should discover everything else.
If an app requires a confidential client secret, a custom Authorization header, a private app URL callback, or a local stdio server, it is not compatible with this connection flow.
The connection flow
- Add the Brickmaster MCP URL in your chosen AI app.
- Let that app open Brickmaster's browser authorization. Never paste an API key, Supabase token, Brickmaster session, client secret, or custom Authorization header into an AI app.
- Sign in to Brickmaster, review the exact requesting application, select at least one collection, and choose one default.
- Return to the AI app, enable Brickmaster, and try a focused collection question.
Read-only and collection-scoped
The app receives only results from tools it invokes and can read only collections you explicitly approve. It never receives your Brickmaster sign-in token and cannot add, edit, or delete collection data.
Useful things an AI app can do
- List only the collections you selected when connecting
- Summarize sets, minifigures, ownership, build states, brands, and locations
- Search your collection and inspect one item's safe catalog and build context
- Find duplicate copies and collectible-minifigure series gaps
- Compare LEGO theme progress and review bounded build history
- Search Brickmaster's global LEGO and alt-brick set catalog
Prompts to try
- “Do I own Rivendell, and how many copies do I have?”
- “Which sealed sets under 1,000 pieces could I build this weekend?”
- “Show my duplicate sets and loose minifigures.”
- “Which LEGO themes am I closest to completing?”
- “Summarize what I built this year and how long it took.”
You stay in control
Open Brickmaster Settings → AI connections to see each connected app, change its selected collections, disconnect one app, or disconnect all. Revocation takes effect immediately even if an AI app still displays an old connection.
Your chosen AI app processes tool inputs and results under its own terms, retention, and training policies. Brickmaster excludes email addresses, household members, prices paid, sellers, acquisition sources, private notes, OAuth details, and internal database fields. Read the privacy policy or use our contact form for help.
